Self-care and Wellness Journey









Many times, I keep experiencing burn out. I believe that's the reason I’m drawn into self-care and wellness.. the study and the practicing of healthy choices to create a more successful and balanced lifestyle.








I had really lost touch with myself with work and a numbing of events that led up to that crashing point. I feel like the universe has yielded me this opportunity to heal things that were constant stress and anxiety and the power to be more focus and relax.




The most substantial thing I have realized is finding several simple healthy practices that can seamlessly fit into my lifestyle. Creating micro-moments (5 -20 minutes ) per day can be very efficient if you are intentional with them. 



This is why it’s important to create daily rituals these momentary things that can add up and become transformative over a long period of time. Trying out many ways and finding what works to help you relax the stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It's a constant exploration of different types of therapy. 

Everyone has unlimited choices and ways to explore.





 Personal healing work is hard.


In modern life, everything is so fast and all it's consuming work and it never stops.
You really don’t maintain a free moment and all those things are just distractions from your greater purpose and getting to recognize who you are.
