L.A. Fashion Weekend Spring /Summer 2013 Sunset Gower Studios.

I was only able to attend to the last day of LA fashion weekend at the Sunset Gower Studios. The show began with a runway show by

Dina Bar-El 

Her Runway presentation was full of red carpet gowns and stylish classic evening wear.

Anthony Franco  

His designs were all evening wear and he presented a runway show that showed classic cohesive pieces.

My favorite looks 

He featured Men's three-piece suits with floral and plaid patterns.   

How do you feel about plaid and floral patterns in Men's suits?  I prefer plaids over floral patterns on men. Florals are a bit too effeminate.

Ready to wear Collection. 

Her designs are feminine with a vintage twist.

Overall the show was fun and I'm happy that I got a lot images to show you guys.

T-shirts Rock! by Sandi : Lucky Community

Who doesn’t love t-shirts?  The best part is that they’re comfortable and awesome for lazy days but what’s a girl to do when she wants to rock a tee?  I especially like t-shirts with funny catchyphrases or pictures.  Tees are a great way to express yourself.  I have collected piles of t-shirts,  crazy and hilarious selections from different stores, over the last couple of years! Today I’m going to share a few different ways I sport my favorite tees?

My Favorite Runway Collections from NY Fashion Week Spring 2013.

                    Betsey Johnson Birthday Bonanza Bash.

Girls just want to have Fun! Yes FUN and more FUN!This show was all about Betsey!  It was youthful, fun and crazy.  On her 70th birthday the designer put on an epic bash to celebrate the occasion, as well as a career that has spanned five decades.

60's

70's  

Models with teased-out, crimped hair hammed it up for the photo pit. 

60's, 80's and 90's looks.

Coat paired with a burnout slip-dress.

Rock/Grunge/Punk world that it is.

The 00's

Cyndi Lauper who came out and sang a couple of her hits, including "True Colors" and "Girls Just Want To Have Fun."

Wow look at the split I want to be like her when I grow up haha.

Dear Betsey Johnson, You are an inspiration, you really know how to party and know what girls love.  You make us feel girly with all your designs, clothing and accessory options. I want to come back as Betsey Johnson in my next life!

Marc Jacobs

As you guys know I Love 60's fashion and I was dazzled to see that Marc Jacobs had a strong 60's-influenced in his Spring 2013 ready to wear collection.

This collection is bold, the colours and geometric patters gives this collection an unconventional look. The models' hair and makeup also rock!

Oscar De La Renta. 

There was a definite 60's feel to this collection, the full skirts

and three-quarter-length sleeves on jackets, sweaters, and cardigans. It seems to me this collection is inspired by Barbie Dolls.  It's youthful and colorful with his established elegance through his evening wear.
