Peplum Dress are so elegant and body flattering. Peplums are just two pattern shapes that emphasize the hips and are also flared. The flared pattern is meant to provide an improvement to hip curves.I'm obsessed with Peplum, it's defently a must have in your closet for hourglass body types.

This pants are from forever 21 they might not be the best fit but you could go for some leggins they hug your figure.
